    • Modification & cancellation policy 

    • Cancellation before February 9, 2027 - refund of registration fees for cancellation within 14 days of the registration after deduction of 50 euros for administration fees.
    • Cancellation between February 9, 2027, to March 9, 2027 - refund of 50% of the registration fees for cancellation within 14 days of the registration
    • Cancellation after March 9, 2027 - no refund will be granted from this date onwards. We remind you that you will be able to access a full programme replay and e-posters during 3 months after the congress.
